The Embassy of Japan highly appreciates many people in the Netherlands who have proposed material aid, volunteered for various services and offered other type of assistance.  Due to the seriousness and magnitude of this unprecedented disaster, and the tightness of the rescue and other operations, the authorities in Japan are not, for the moment, able to respond to these offers and organize an efficient system to receive such assistance from foreign countries.

We will update the relevant information on this Website once the necessary preparations are put in place.
