On 12 October, the autumn opening ceremony of the Japanese Garden in Clingendael, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year, was held. Mr. Kikuta, chargé d’affairs a.i. of the Embassy of Japan to the Netherlands made an opening speech as well as Mayor Hoekstra of the Wassenaar and Alderman Revis of the Hague .
This autumn, the Japanese Garden is open to the public from 12 October till 27 October; openings hours are from 10:00 to 16:00hrs every day.
