On 17 February 2015, Ambassador Tsuji held a lecture under the title “Proactive Contribution to Peace based on the principle of international coordination”. This lecture was organized in cooperation of SIB Utrecht. After his lecture there was an active Q & A session with the attendees of the lecture.
