In 24 April , Mr Osamu Fujimura, Vice President of  Japanese nonprofit organization Ashinaga  from Tokyo,  commissioned Ms. Erica Terpstra as the first female  member of “Kenjin –Tatsujin Council(Eminent Persons and Experts Council)” of  Ashinaga.  Ms. Terpstra  designated as“Kenjin- Tatsujin”  will focus on projects that promote educational support for African children who have lost their parents.
