Ambassador Nagamine's Courtesy Visit to the Mayor of Amsterdam |
On Thursday, January 17th, Ambassador Nagamine paid a call to the mayor of Amsterdam, Mr. Van der Laan at the Amsterdam city hall. They talked about upcoming events in 2013 in Amsterdam, such as the reopening of the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum, the 400th anniversary of the Amsterdam canal belt, and the 125th anniversary of the Concertgebouw, and shared the view to deepen the relationship between Japan and the Netherlands through such events.
