Ambassador Nagamine's Courtesy Visit to the Mayor of The Hague |
On Thursday, March 14th, Ambassador Nagamine paid a call to the Mayor of The Hague, Mr. Van Aartsen, and talked about places and people that have connections both with the Hague and Japan, such as the Japanese garden in Clingendael, which will celebrate its 100 years of anniversary, and Mr. Lindo, who worked as engineer in Japan in 1870’s and later served also for the city of The Hague.
