On 29th April 2014, the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2014 Spring Conferment of Decoration on Foreign Nationals. Among them, Mr. Johannes G. Bax, former Chairman of Dutch Japan Trade Federation will receive The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon, in recognition of his significant contributions on strengthening economic relations and enhancing mutual understanding between Japan and the Netherlands.
