Minister Shimomura, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology visits the Netherlands (17-20 January) |

From 17 to 20 January, Minister Shimomura, Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology visited the Netherlands. On 18 January, he visited the Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum and NEMO and had discussions with the executives of those organizations. On 19 January he visited various schools in Amsterdam. On 20 January, he made courtesy calls on the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport, Mrs. Schippers, and State Secretary for Education, Culture and Science, Mr. Dekker. He ended his stay with a visit to the Van Ostade School in The Hague.
