Japanese Wagyu promotion event by Nice to Meat


On 10th December, Nice to Meat, meat supplier in the Netherlands, held a Japanese Wagyu promotion event. Many chefs from famous restaurants and journalists attended the event. The Japanese Wagyu beef was prepared in a variety of ways by chefs from Hotel Okura, which attracted many guests.

Commercial import of Japanese Wagyu has not started yet, so the Japanese Wagyu used in the event was allowed to be imported to the Netherlands as ‘non-commercial sample’.
