On 6 December 2016, the Ceremony was held at the Residence of Ambassador Inomata to confer “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays” upon Mrs. Christa de Kemp-Everts, Managing Director of the Dutch & Japanese Trade Federation, Former Director of the Japan Desk of the amsterdam inbusiness.
At the ceremony, Ambassador Inomata delivered a congratulatory address and conferred the decoration upon Mrs. de kemp-Everts after presenting the Patent of Decoration.
 
Close friends, people from Japanese-Dutch economic and cultural communities attended to congratulate Mrs. de kemp-Everts’s conferment.

On November 3 2016, the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2016 Autumn conferment of Decorations.
 
Among them, Mrs. Christa de Kemp-Everts, Director of the Japan Desk of the amsterdam inbusiness received ‘The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays”, in recognition of her significant contributions to strengthening the economic relations and promoting cultural exchange between Japan and the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
