Japan Festival 2017 in Amstelveen (October 8, 2017)

On the 8th of October, the Japan Festival 2017 was held in Amstelveen.
The festival started with an opening ceremony presented by Mr. Saito, Chairman of the Board of Japan Festival Foundation, Ms. Veeningen, Deputy Mayor of Amstelveen, and Ambassador Inomata from the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands.
Throughout the day, there were various Japan-related performances on the two stages. Visitors could also enjoy Japanese food and workshops, and musicians playing traditional Japanese instruments and Miss SAKE had come especially from Japan to participate in the festival.
