Conferment Ceremony of “The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays upon Mr. Cornelis Johannes Nolten, the former local staff of the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands (January 31, 2018)

On 31 January 2018, the Ceremony was held at the Residence of Ambassador Inomata to confer “The Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays upon Mr. Cornelis Johannes Nolten, the former local staff member of the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands .          
At the Ceremony, Ambassador Inomata delivered a congratulatory address and conferred the decoration upon Mr. Nolten, after presenting the Patent of Decoration.
His family, close friends and former colleagues of the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands attended to congratulate Mr. Nolten on his conferment.

On November 3, 2017, the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2017 Autumn Conferment of Decorations.
Among them, Mr. C.J. Nolten, a former staff member of the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands, will receive “the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Silver Rays” in recognition of his significant contribution to the Embassy of Japan in the Netherlands.
