Japanese Defense Minister Onodera, visits Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)　and Dutch Ministry of Defense

On September 4, Mr. Itsunori Onodera, Japanese Defense Minister met with the Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Ambassador Fernando Arias, followed by a tour of the OPCW Laboratory.  On the same day, he held a defence ministerial meeting with Ms. Ank Bijleveld, Minister of Defense at the Dutch Ministry of Defense.
