Attending the 18th Session of the Assembly of States Parties (ICC) (December 2-6, 2019) 　

The Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court held its eighteenth session from 2 to 6 December at the World Forum Convention Center in The Hague. The Assembly was attended by States Parties as well as non-States Parties and civil society. During general debate on 3 December, Ambassador Horinouchi pointed out in his statement some challenges concerning the ICC and stressed the need for its reform.
