The Japan Self-Defence Forces Day reception 2020 (July 30, 2020)

On 30 July 2020, Ambassador Horinouchi hosted the reception to celebrate the Japan Self-Defence Forces Day 2020 at the Ambassador’s residence. In response to the relaxation of measures to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic in the Netherlands from 1st July, the reception was held in consideration of Dutch rules, maintaining a distance of 1.5 m.
The reception was attended by around 32 guests, including officials from the Dutch Defence Organisation, Defence attache association, Diplomatic Corps and an international organisation among others.
