The Japan Self-Defense Forces Day reception 2021 (July 22, 2021)

On 22 July 2021, Ambassador Hidehisa Horinouchi hosted the reception to celebrate the Japan Self-Defense Force Day 2021 at the Ambassador’s residence. The reception should to be observe the current the rules and measures against the COVID-19 pandemic have been re-entering into effect since July 10 and stay 1.5 meters apart at all times.

Ambassador extend a heartfelt welcome for the Royal Netherlands Navy's frigate Evertsen is scheduled to visit Japan on September for the first time in 21 years.

The reception was attended by 25 guests, including officials from the Dutch Defence Organisation, Deffense attache assosiation and Diplomatic Corps among others.
