On 21 February, H.E. Ambassador Minami Hiroshi presented his credential to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Director-General H.E. Mr. Fernando Arias. Having presented his credentials, Ambassador Minami officially started his activities.
Ambassador Minami expressed to Director General his desire to continue to cooperate with the OPCW.
