On 5 March 2025, a conferment ceremony was held at the Residence of the Japanese Ambassador to confer “the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon” upon Mr. Frederik Vossenaar, Former Special Envoy Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature.
