Visit by H.E. Ambassador MICHII to H.E. Ambassador Govert Jan Bijl de Vroe, Permanent Representative of the Netherlands to the OPCW and the ICC (January 7, 2026)

On 7 January 2026, Ambassador Rokuichiro MICHII paid a visit to H.E. Ambassador Govert Jan Bijl de Vroe, Permanent Representative to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.  They exchanged views on the various issues the OPCW and the ICC face, and on cooperation between the Netherlands and Japan on these matters.
